      My family of 5 rented our single family home from Kishore Billakanti, and his wife ***** Billikanti. Myself *** *****, & ****** ******* are the ones who signed the lease adding our daughters (under the age of 18) *****, ******, ***** are also listed as well. In June 2019 we signed a 3 year lease. In the summer of 2020 unfortunately COVID 19 happened, and it was the hardest time of our lives ****** lost his job with the City of Columbus. ****** had just switched his job at the time, and was shy 2 weeks from being eligible for unemployment with the city of Columbus when he was laid off. So ****** tried to get work wherever he could picking up contracting jobs etc. We have always stayed very communicative with Kishore Billakanti letting him know each and every thing that occurred with jobs or with money. I at the time was the only one providing by fall of 2020 as I have all receipts and I have all communications with Kishore even the times we dropped off rent to his home. Even when the 3 times only with the hardship of COVID 19 having to get new phone numbers due to being disconnected everything was saved in our iCloud backup. I’ve tried to explain to Kishore that even though our phone numbers change that we still have all communications with him. At that we still have our same phones. The most we were ever behind in rent was 6 months total. EVER! Kishore in 2020-2021 during COVID and our difficulties super understanding etc saying that he would not charge any late fees. Per our lease states $100 for late fee each month past due 10 days after the 5th of each month. Nothing more nothing less. In 2022 He messaged myself and ****** (we usually communicated with group messages via text) that if we paid the water bill in full and sent him a copy of it then he would take a month off rent. The water is ultimately in kishore’s name with our name being also on it. Continue reading please click on link. ******************************************************

Also I need to ensure my attorney reads the entire message before I can respond.

      That’s my lease above in a pdf format,

      Below I’ll attach one of the fraudulent checks Kishore billakanti received on my behalf by impact community action. The sad part is that we were going
      to move in June because he wanted to sell his house and he kept stressing me saying that Impact community action didn’t pay him and I have every
      email saved the harassing is insane I can’t even get to my older ones it takes forever to download because he will not stop harassing me every
      single day there’s tons of emails it is like beyond a problem.


      Anyways I found out before we were going to move that Impact community action sent him all the funds I just didn’t know how much and when I waited
      in June to respond to Kishore he told my family that I think that we should wait to find out how much was paid because I wasn’t sure I didn’t even know
      that he put 15 months on this one and then I found out that he did one previously for 22 thousand in my name. So total he’s recieved $55,000 he
      and his wife on my name and we’ve only ever been six months behind I even have an email that says that he’s not charging us any fees even if he did
      the Max says it shows in the lease $100 a month for any late fees no matter how late I was $100 a month that’s it. It still does not add up $100 a
      month 12 months you do the math that’s not even the amount of my rent my rent currently is 2200 if he were to say that the fees and everything else
      added up to be that amount no that would be $1200 where is the rest of the money?

      Nothing adds up like I said as it states in my lease he can’t even explain it himself he keeps telling me to contact his attorney LOL

      After I waited for him to respond and I asked him to take a picture of the check that Impact community action sent on my behalf he sends it to me and
      then tells me that I have 30 days to move out and I asked him to explain the money and he couldn’t. He won’t give me any text or anything that we
      have in which we do have it but he won’t send anything that states of where we were behind he made up his own receipts which doesn’t explain anything
      everything‘s contradicted I have actual proof that we paid the months that he is saying that weren’t paid it’s disgusting.

      I only have the check for the $33,000 that he sent me a picture of. I will be more than happy to move out once I receive the funds that he requested
      on my behalf because impact me reaction so they won’t help me in the future. That I received the max amount. He and his wife need to pay me the
      rest of the money so me and my kids can move he is making us an unsafe place to live

      As you can see in lease agreement rent amount is $2200.00 per month. I have filed Impact Hope on suggestion of *** and ******. Thats something I cant just do myself when rent was not paid for 15 months. IMpact Home does not  just send funds without doing any checking with Tenant. I have entire log of payment received which is shared with *** and ****** multiple times. Impact Fund gave rents that covered thru July 2022. There is no harassment to any one done. Its my property they are leasing and I expect rent to be paid ontime.  Tenant is given every information have asked  along with Dates and amount they paid Starting June 2019 Thru current date. Please reach out to my attorney going forward as I am not going to respond to this complaint any further. I have given clarity with every detail and at this point Tenants are supposed to vacate premises by August 31st.
