      I made the purchase of the console of the Play Station Five and came with problem the game do not work well and I went to the store to explain the reason  and the store told me to contact **** which I contacted **** to fix the problem and followed all the steps and the problem is still going back to the store and I told him everything I had done and asked to be done change of the console.

      Unfortunately this is an issue that is completely out of our control and a very rare occurrence. We are a resale buy-sell-trade store, not retail so we purchase our product from people and resell it for a higher price. Any and all PlayStations that we have ever bought and sold have been brand new, still sealed from the manufacturer. Unfortunately this one must have came from **** (the manufacturer) already broken. We have offered the customer help with getting it sent back to **** so that it can be fixed under warranty but he was not very cooperative. He wanted us to do that and just give him a new PS5 but unfortunately we can’t do that as we would not be able to sell the broken PS5 when we get it back from **** because it is no longer sealed in the packaging. Us referring him to **** to have it fixed under warranty is no different than what any other place would do such as Walmart, Best Buy, Target, etc. Once the console has been opened and the factory seal has been broken, none of these stores can do anything for the customer other than to refer them to **** so that it can be sent to them and get repaired under the factory warranty because they have no idea if it was already broken or if the customer broke it after opening it. Again, we have been cooperative with the consumer throughout this entire process and tried to walk him through the process of sending it back to **** but that was not good enough for him.
