False advertisement of products. The items were ripped or cut with scissors on the side. I offered to return the items for a refund. The merchant refused and stated that the shirts were torn in transit.Initial Complaint

Placed an order on July 18th, was given notifications about delivery status through email. I reach out to customer service to advice that I did not receive the delivery. I asked around to all in my building and no package was left out. I was told to reach out to the USPS, that they were not going to send another item or refund me for the purchase as I did not purchase a third party delivery protection insurance. It seems almost like a scam to force protection on a package sent through the USPS at an economy level include tracking and package insurance at no extra cost. On April 17th I paid 55.17 for a product. At first email said it shipped. Then they emailed and said it was out of stock and my money would be refunded. It's now been over 10 days and I have yet to receive that refund. I paid with my debit card. Order #****** 1 square up Brami in neon coral.Business response

I am responding in follow up to Complaint ID: ********.
The refund in question was submitted per customer request by our team on 4/17/23, as shown in the customer's attachments submitted to the BBB.
Our team has been in communication with the customer regarding this concern, provided screenshots of the successful refund submission, and encouraged the customer to directly contact their bank with the Acquirer Reference Number (ARN).
Unfortunately, once we have processed a return on our end, it is in the hands of the bank (or equitable) which is connected to their order payment method. The timeline for a refund to clear back into their account can vary based on the individual bank's processing times. As of today, 4/28 (9 business days following the refund submission) we are optimistic that this should clear soon, and apologize for any delay on the customer's behalf.
