If I could put 0 stars, I would. Let's start with the fact I paid for 3-6 day shipping and it took almost 3 weeks for my case to arrive. When it arrived it was the wrong case which was my fault. I ordered the s21 case and my phone is an s21 FE. I didn't realize this and when I did, it was too late. When I emailed about this initially, I never got a response. I waited and finally decided to call. I called 4 times, no answer and it sounded like a cheap automated machine. So I sent another email. This time I said the case doesn't fit my phone, I'd like a refund. The response was, "what's wrong with it" that's it. No greeting and even tho I already said what's wrong with it, they asked. I told them again, it isn't fitting my phone, they asked "why isn't it fitting your phone" in which I elaborated my mistake to which they responded "I am sorry you ordered a s21, we sent you what you ordered we do not have refunds. This was not our mistake it was yours and we are not going to take a loss for it." Despite me telling them I can send the case back and them not having a loss but rather me having a loss for a 50 dollar case and a small mistake that could have easily been corrected. This place has terrible customer service

Like others before I made the same mistake of placing the order before reading prior reviews. In my case placed an order for protective case on 11/20 and the item was not shipped until 12/4 that about 10 business days. Additionally, this item is shipped from China so will another week before I can even access the product; so collectively I waited half a month to received the product in 2023 which is unheard of given the product we're dealing with. STAY AWAY FROM THIS VENDOR !!!!! Always go with well known online vendor or brick and mortar stores at least you know what you're dealing with.

SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS FIRST... I ordered a case for an s23 Ultra. I admit I made a mistake initially and entered in my previous delivery address. But GC said they would fix it. ...................two weeks later the tracking status has not changed. I spoke to someone who said they would fix again .........two weeks later the tracking status has not changed ............i'm been trying to contact then ever since then and there's been no answer to phone calls or online chat messages. Money wasted.

Placed my order on 5/20 have been reaching out for updates as the website has not updated. I have emailed them multiple times and no response. I will be contacting my bank. Do not trust this website

I ordered a case for a Samsung Galaxy S23. They sent a case for an S23 Ultra. Attempts to contact them by phone, chat and email have gone unanswered. Had to contact my credit card company to get a refund.

They collected my money almost instantly and then seemingly hoped I never noticed that they never shipped the product I bought. It has been about two months. I emailed them an order number and then they totally ghosted me. 100% SCAM! DO NOT TRUST!

I ordered two cases, waited beyond their 3-5 day processing time, my items still had not shipped so I reached out via chat and email requesting to cancel my order and received no response. They responded three days later saying my item had shipped however it had not been shipped at that time. They shipped it anyways. I received the items and without even opening the packages I requested a return label and refund. I received no response. I then filed a courtesy dispute with my credit card company and here we are almost 2 months later and they still have not even responded to the credit card company’s attempts to reach them. The same cases this company sells can also be found on Amazon for about $20. Save yourself the time and hassle and just get your cases from Amazon instead.

I ordered a case for my phone and I waited around a week and the status was not fulfilled yet, so I emailed them and the next day they said it was being shipped out. So I waited about 4 or 5 days and checked the tracking number and it kept saying the usps hasn't even picked it up yet. Then I emailed them again saying I will never order from them again and then a couple days later it was at my local usps office. So when I finally got it, I opened the package and then the box and it was the wrong one, big shock. The return policy says you can't return them when the box has been opened, how do you suppose to know what you are getting if there is no picture or anything on the box. I'm just cutting my losses, and hopefully people read this and not buy from them.

I has the same experience as all the other reviews. Horrible service. My order from 5 months ago still hasn't arrived. I keep getting... order is on its way. No tracking number in the system for me to track where it's coming from. They won't issue a refund. Just plan Horrible
