Susan from Windspeed informed me that they have a 25, 50, 75 mb download speed offers. I choose the 50 mb for $49.99 dollar plan. I'm only getting 8 mb download speed and some no connection at all. The repairman came and as he claimed it was the wiring in and outside my apartment. He said he repaired it. I did receive 50mb for one day and after sharing it on my other computer it went down to 8 mb and the modem supplied my windspeed began to constantly recycling continuously as before he did the repair. I need to have the problem repaired permanently as I was promised on the first repair effort. I need it for my religious Zoom meetings and for online classes for college.
