My wife and I purchased a newer vehicle from them that had a door and rear panel issue they assured us that it would get new parts onthe car did not come back with new parts on it. after they were paid for new partsBusiness response

The 2021 Terrain was purchased from Power GM on December 20th 2023, at time of purchase there was damage to vehicle which we agreed to repair ( see attachment) The customer was not happy with the repair, our body shop manager ************************* contacted the customer to explain the repairs we preformed. We instructed the customer if they were not satisfied with the repairs we would be glad to repair again to their liking. I spoke with the customer yesterday and he agreed to this.Customer response

We were told while the day of buying the car from ***** at power gm the car would have new part it was not until after the car was fix that they told us the car was never getting new parts
A ladys paid for new parts and ***** told us thats why it was taking so long to get the car back because they were waiting on the parts to come in they lied about the entire ProcessRegards,
