-after a long negotiation with seller of my current home i had him purchase a roof warranty with this business. the phone number they provided rung however no one answered. It took me three weeks to reach them. Google also lists a false number. Finally found their main number inside a bad review someone posted on google who had found the right number. When i told the secretary, she asked "what do you want me to do about it". She never gave me the right number for the record. I called later for gutter repair. I asked three questions concisely: 1)"do you subcontract gutter work or do it in house"? she said in house, later the man who installed my gutters mentioned they subcontract him, i found out they charged me a finders fee. 2) "Please call me on the day of install so i can be there"-they showed up unannounced. 3) "i think my sofit looks damaged if that needs replaced will that be in the quote?" The installed said a full repair would cause a increase of a few hundred. my quote later changed from $750-$2500. When i saw this i was angry, went outside and told the installer how unhappy i was. He said ok let me have them call to explain. They called him and told him to leave the site. No one ever called me. I called back they made me pay first before sending him back. -week later noticed a missing shingle. i have called and emailed many times. I have the email chain for record. Every week kathy at the desk tells me, "we will be there this week" i put shingles out by the garage for them This was over a month ago. Two weeks ago she said "do you know how busy we are?" when i stated "i paid you guys already i need this finished". -Upon my quote for this job i had a scheduled time for 12-2pm. I work nights at a hospital and go to sleep at 8am. i chose 12 for a reason. Every single call, every interaction with these guys, bad. bad business. I see this great website which drew me to choose them for my roof warranty. I now realize i am dealing with a bad business.
