1. Apron threshold was supposed to be finished as the inside of the garage floor. 2. The sides of the garage floor were to be prepped, primer, painted and epoxy. They did the paint and the epoxy but left out prep so there were large visible cracks and other unfinished areas. 3. They left out the custom design for non skid without it makes it very slippery and dangerous. These were all agreed upon at time of sale. They never provided me any paperwork or copy of their guarantee. The tried to misrepresent the epoxy being in the paint. Purchase Date: Nov. 10, 2021Business response

Customers statements are Totally without merit. When we offered to accommodate his request we were told that the noise of the work bothered them to much. We have absolutely gone overboard to satisfy this customer.Customer response

Since we have in writing that **** has said he will accommodate all my requests, I would like for him to back his offer. I would also like **** to come out personally to review all the unfinished work. **** said he would call me about the work but he never did call. I called 4 different times and left messages but he never returned my calls. That is what led me to contact the BBB. Once **** removes the epoxy and disturbs the continuation process, I'm ultimately concerned with longevity and guarantee of the workmanship of this job. I have never received any paperwork at all or any guarantee in writing. That is why I'm working with the BBB at this time to get some of these questions answered. The 2 choices for resolving this issue would be for him to back up his offer in making things right or a refund of an additional $500.
