I have a electrical problem that was done on 08-02-2021 and the issue was not resolved that was that the electrical problem still exists and was charged $225.00. I don't think I should have been charged that muchBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/10/25) */ The problem this customer was experiencing required several hours of diagnostic work. While the customer watched, our techs went over his electrical system very thoroughly, but found nothing amiss. We also consulted another repairman who had been to the customer's house to investigate the same issue (the repairman was not from an electrical company) After some discussion with him, we came to the conclusion that the issue the customer was experiencing was not caused by defects in the home's electrical system and wiring. Rather it most likely stemmed from some device in the home. After we were there the first time, the customer called us several times to discuss the issue and we gave him various suggestions of things to try. This customer was still convinced his house had an electrical issue, so we agreed to go back to his house a second time at no additional charge. Again, while the customer watched, the techs went over everything very thoroughly and carefully, and still found nothing wrong. When he called the office to question his bill, he was informed that he was charged for only one service call and several hours of diagnostic time when we had been there twice. Even though there was nothing to repair, our techs still spent considerable time going over everything to make sure the wiring and connections were all good. We understand that the costomer is asking for a refund. We have not received any money from him, so there is nothing to refund at this point.
