I purchased a defective mattress about 7 months ago I reported the issue December 2 nd 2021 the furniture store Sandy’s came out to measure and have done nothing else I need this replaced they don’t call me back I call them every week with no avail I payed 1200 dollars they are not helping me I need helpBusiness response

Sid gave verbal response to BBB employee (ka):
We told ****, I personally handled it with my manager, this is something that has to go through a process. We are not the manufacturer, we are just a retailer. we have to go through a process. I tried to explain this to her that we need to come take photographs, send them to our ****** reps and get the approval from them. If they give us the approval, then we go ahead and send out another one. Its that simple. We were waiting for the approval and we just a verbal approval this morning from my ****** rep that it was approved to get another mattress. Now the other issue is that these mattresses have to be ordered. With supply chains and demands, this is not going to happen overnight. This is something the whole entire country is going through. I tried to reason with her and have done everything I can. I have gone to her house twice to speed up the process, we never go twice. We just go once and wait for the process to go through. She was a previous customer of ours so I did her the favor and send my guys personally and didn't send a service call. I will definitely get back to her today regarding the approval.
