            In November 2022, BBB investigated Totem Media LLC’s business practices. This investigation was prompted by complaints and consumer inquiries. Specified within the consumer complaints, consumers order a product during a sale from the website (www.totemwp.com) and never receive their items they ordered. The consumers attempted to contact the company but were not able to reach the company. On November 15, 2022, BBB checked the website www.totemwp.com to determine when it was created and where it was registered. To date, the website is no longer working. The website was created on May 4, 2019, and the registrant name/information was not disclosed. In November and December of 2022 and in January 2023, your BBB reached out to Totem Media LLC in writing via email, postal mail and by phone seeking background information on the business. To date, BBB has not received a response from the company. Based on the information detailed above, BBB cannot confirm the legitimacy of Totem Media LLC.

            I ordered from here on 6/16/22 when a big sale was going on I ordered two items that only was $8.46 but never received anything I messaged the seller in the contact if any issues and never got a response and social media for them has gone dark and I can't access the page anymore to even check my order or get a refund
