            We hired this company (****) to do some remodeling work in a newly purchased home. He/his team did not perform the work correctly, leaving us with unlevel floors, awful looking baseboards, ruined flooring (due to paint, drywall dust, and scratches) and they didn't finish out any of the edges of the flooring so it just looks awful anyway. The drywall work was also not up to par - it's already cracking where they used the drywall mud and will have to be redone/fixed. Everything we asked **** and his team to do now has to be redone. We reached out to **** shortly after the work was "completed" in March/April 2021. He stated he would take care of the issues yet we haven't heard from him since and it is now nearly November. We're past the point of being willing to work with him/his company again and are seeking a refund/reimbursement for the work we're having to have re-accomplished. More pictures are available upon request due to the 5 Mb limit.
