Date:12/3/21 Amount paid:$750.00 deposit I cancelled a plumbing job and my money was never returned. Robert left my house at 11:00am after receiving the check for $750.00. He said "I'll be back", hours had gone by and so I tried texting him at 1:50pm, "Do you wanna try this again another day?, no response, I texted again at 2:23pm, "We have to do this another day." I called him and no answer, and then he finally called back at 2:30pm and said "I was out getting stuff.", I told him we'll have to reschedule because it was getting late, it was late to be starting work. I told him to pencil me in for Wednesday December 8th and if anything changes I will let him know. I texted Robert on December 7 "Hey Robert, I'm gonna have to cancel the plumbing job.", I got no response, I texted again at 7:40pm, "I never got a response back from you but I need you to send me my money back." Robert replied back at 10:21pm "I apologize I didn't get back to you I was working do you want to reschedule for a different day.", I replied back at 10:46pm "No, I'm not gonna be able to do it right now, right isn't a good time." Robert replied back at 11:01pm, "ok". After these texts, I tried contacting Robert numerous times and also spoke to him on the phone on 12/10/21, He told me that he was getting the money together and he'll have the money back to me in about 2 weeks because the bank on gave him part of the money. That is a lie, Robert left my house on 12/3/21 and went to cash the check. I will attach pictures of screen shots of evidence.
