We used Elite Stone for waterproofing and replacement of 40 feet of sewer line. They did an excellent job. We greatly appreciated that they came quickly since it was an emergency and didn't take advantage of the situation. They were professional and we would definitely recommend them.

From the moment we hired EliteStone to replace our back steps, until now, they've acted in a dishonorable way: Jerking us around to begin the project with promises of when they'd begin the project, when they'd complete the project, and finally, when they'd do the repairs on their shoddy work (which we eventually had to pay someone else to repair). To start, we've been told by multiple contractors, that they greatly overcharged us for the job – but I accept that that’s on us for not thoroughly vetting them. But that was just the start of our problems with EliteStone. After multiple weeks of promises about when they'd begin the project, and multiple excuses about why they were delayed (weather, workers, material, etc.), they finally came in May 2021 and tore out the back steps – And then vanished until September 2021 to install the new steps. During that time, my wife and I texted them multiple times – which they mostly ignored with no reply. When they did reply it was either with more excuses or promises of start dates which came and went with no one showing up, and no word about why they didn’t start, or when they might actually begin. Finally, in Sept – 4 months after tearing out our steps, they came. Within 2 months (by Nov 2021), the stairs were already beginning to need repair – 1 stone that supported a railing was loose and shifting. A month later, bricks they had used as a decorative center in the top level, were sinking low into the lower level, making the surface uneven, unstable and dangerous. We texted them with photos of the needed repairs and they initially said they would be by to fix them, but then repeated the process of giving false start dates and excuses, and finally just not responding -- until we hired someone else to do the repairs (who came by looked at the problem, and within a week made the fixes). I would definitely be wary of this company.

I'm sorry for this experience and I have know idea how this could possibly of fallen through the cracks. We have been in business for 35 years My personal number is *** *** **** call me and I will do whatever it takes to resolve this problem. Please call anytime

Mr. **********s your response is hogwash. Both your actions and your wo Mr. *********** your response is hogwash. Both your actions and your words at the time of my complaint belie anything you're currently saying about your willingness to make the situation right. You made many promises to come by and see what was happening to the steps you constructed -- but then never did. Then, many excuses about why you never came... and again, promises to come by, which again, never happened. Then you simply ignored our calls and texts. And finally, at the end, you blamed our porch overhang for leaking rain water on his steps (which wasn't true, but even if it had been, are you in the habit of building outdoor steps that couldn't get rained on?).  Too little (like, zero), too late.
