Very helpful and caring people here! I adopted our Nala (Tiffany was her name when they had her) a few years back. I found a stray a couple months ago at work, and even though all their foster homes were full, they guided me to other resources. So grateful for those in the Rescue field.

I have dealt with Blue's Mews for several years and have always had wonderful, professional experiences with them. I highly recommend them to anyone. Elisabeth and Ken are amazing and are always willing to do anything and everything to help.Review from Tara R

The Director is very rude had sent many nasty emails. I had to ask her to stop sending me emails two different times. Ridiculous and rude. Very unprofessional. I asked for help in rehoming kittens that we found and she made me out to be the bad guy.Blue's Mews Siamese Cat Rescue Response

Well, no. I have the entire email thread, which I can produce, if it can be posted. She asked for help finding homes for 5 cats. I asked for at least one picture to drum up interest. She sent a dark, messy looking picture in which the cats were hard to see. I sent instructions on how to provide more attractive pictures, with explanations about how adopters respond to photos. She said I was suggesting she was ignorant. I sent more explanation, including apology for inadvertently hurting her feelings. She went ballistic. She had not asked me to stop emailing her--she said she would place the cats herself. Since I was still trying to help her, I had continued to try to give her pointers. I had intended to put the pictures I asked for on petfinder.com and our Facebook pages. Her last email, which is the only one where she asked me to stop communicating with her, included obscenities and said she hoped I burn in Hell. I've stopped trying to help.Customer Response

Again the Director at this organization does not know when to stop. You're making yourself and your organization look bad. I'm just trying to help you out with some construction criticism. In hope your people skills get better. I Wish your organization the best and I hope you have a great day.
