  I got a car on payments put 2000 down soon as I got home n turned the car off I noticed white smoke I took it to a mechanic they said the head gaskets was blowed the tire light came on n now tire feels wobbly I called them within 24 hours n get my money back because they sold me a lemon car the mechanic said they drained all the old oil n replaced the oil filter so it would be ok to drive for a couple hours before it started smoking they willingly sold me a bad car a 2014 Chevy Cruze on payments for 16000 n I but 2000 n can't even drive the car

  I explain to her all my cars are as is the car ran just fine when she left I had no mechanical problems. She also has a service contract where she pays $250 to fix anything. Through credit acceptance, so all she have to do is pay 250 and her car will be back up and running. I’m sorry that this happened but again my cars are as is once you leave the lot I don’t know how you drive the car or what you do to it that is why all my cars are as is she signed all the papers knowing the car was as is and she also sign the papers for the warranty program

  I bought a 2011 gmc Acadia from them in September of 2022 for almost 5,000. When I got the vehicle home and tried to start it again it would not start. I called them they told me I was sol because I signed an as is paper. I ended up putting a new battery in it. Not to long after that I had to put new brakes and rotors on it. It’s now October and the vehicle won’t start so we got the alternator replaced. After we replaced the alternator the vehicle ran for one day and broke down and wouldn’t start again after that. Here we are in January of 2023 and the vehcile hasn’t ran since October 2022. We got the starter replaced and the vehicle still WILL NOT turn on. At this point we’re going on month 4 of this vehicle not running.

  Here is the contract that ******* ***** signed that states that all cars are as-is she know that and signed the as-is contract

  I am rejecting this response because: The simple fact of the matter is that these people KNOWINGLY sold me a piece of poop car. It only drove a month and the engine is locked up. Regardless of these papers I was unaware of the issues the vehicle had nor did they inform me that the engine would lock up. The vehicle was bought in September and January 9th the vehicle had to be towed to a junk yard. Bad bad business.
