For all of my Dayton area friends. Please do not use A1 Cleaning Ohio for any of your cleaning needs. Hired them to clean up for moving last week, the entire house was empty and needed to be cleaned before we moved out. They charged 4 hours, double what it should of taken and the worst part is the house really was not cleaned to my specifications. The person texting (I assume the owner) was not friendly and was just angry after I sent pictures to her, and told her we had to clean the house prior to turning the keys over to the landlord. She immediate said she would be putting a lean on the property. I never said I would not pay just bringing ti her attention that the employees did not do a thorough job. Don’t waste your time, energy or money with this company!!

On January 3, 2023 A1 Cleaning Ohio had contact with Tina D**** to perform a move out clean for the property located at **** ********** ** ****** *****. During our interaction Tina was informed she would receive an invoice for 4 hours with a 2 hour deposit that would be deducted from the final clean and the total for the clean would be due upon completion. She was also told that she would receive pictures of the final clean. Tina paid her deposit and she was placed on our schedule for January 12, 2023. On January 12, 2023 at 12:11 p.m. Tina D**** texted the company phone and stated she had someone wanting to come look at the refrigerator and what time the girls would be done that day. We replied that currently they 're planning on being finished by 430 p.m. At 12:39 p.m. the cleaning team arrived at a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo. Upon entering and reviewing the unit, the team noted there were still items in the refrigerator and items in the garage that still needed to be removed. The cleaning team performed a deep clean on the unit including both bathrooms, windows, light fixtures, kitchen cabinets, etc for a total of 3 hours and 43 minutes, our cleaning teams use gps to clock in and out. At the end of the clean the team lead tried to submit pictures of the final clean but we are using a new app for this process and was unaware the pictures did not send to the app nor to Tina D****. On January 12th, 13th, 14th, 15th and 16th Tina Dolan viewed her past due balance through Square, which tracks invoice activity. Not once did Tina D**** call, email or text any complaints or concerns regarding the cleaning she received at her condo. On January 20, 2023 we finally decided to send her a copy of her invoice through facebook, where she had made her initial contact with the company. Hoping she would pay her invoice since we had already paid our cleaners for their services performed. At that time she decided to tell us she didn't receive pictures of her clean and that she had pictures and video, we replied she should have received pictures, we went back in and sent her the pictures, she replied that they weren't close ups. Yes, that was true but they still showed the clean was complete. She continued with she was at the unit on Sunday, January 15th, 2023, if that was the case and she was there and the clean was not up to her standards, why did she not notify the company then, where a solution could have been agreed upon, whether it was a discounted rate or the team returning to fix the issues. Instead, the company heard nothing until January 20, 2023. And, only then was there an issue with the clean. Tina D**** did submit pictures, yes a few things were missed, mostly a section of a ceiling fan, and a light switch, but the other issues could have been cleaned and dirtied during the 8 days it took her to finally reply to her invoice. During the conversation on January 20, 2023, we did state that we saw where the conversation was going and we would just settle the issue with the property owner and the county. We were not going to go back and forth with her. Ultimately she received services rendered and she owed the bill for the time services were performed. She had adequate timing to settle her invoice or issues involving her clean/ invoice. We have a no refund, 24 hour satisfaction guarantee policy. This policy has been effect since the beginning of our business, and we always aim to be fair with our clients and their time.
