              I own a mobile pet grooming business in ****** I used the company called luxurious wraps in Hamilton Ohio to get a wrap for my company vehicle they printed the wrap the wrong color and they got the phone number wrong it took 8 months to get the phone number fixed and they've refused to fix the rest of the wrap even though they've taken the van multiple times, at this point it's cost me over $7,000 between the wrap itself which is now peeling up and the time down. The last time they had it for two weeks in January and didn't do anything with being a small business any downtime it cost me a lot of money roughly $2,000 a week.

              Luxurious Wraps scratched and smoked marijuana in my new car! Do not go to this place. I walked into their building to pick up my car and the whole place smelled like marijuana. Then when my wife went to get into our new mustang, it smelled like marijuana as well. We had the roof and mirrors wrapped and the workmanship was so bad that they had to agree to redo it. There were wrinkles in the roof from a glue substance under it and the mirrors were already peeling off. Then to make matters worse, they had scratched the drivers' door down to the metal by the mirror they had wrapped and did not even tell us. They offered to fix the scratch, but only at a place that I was not comfortable with leaving my car at and risking further damage. They also refused to refund me the $400 cash I gave them so I could take my car to a body shop that I was comfortable leaving my it with.
