Long story short. He has parts for my boat and was supposed to ship them back to me. Since that conversation 2 weeks ago he has ghosted me and will not return text or phone calls.Initial Complaint

I took my Jet skis to RJ Custom Marine back in August 2022 to be repaired. In September we had agreed to have them fixed, Mr. J**** called and said I would need to leave a deposit for some parts, he told me on the phone 500.00 deposit. When I arrived he said the part was 4648.80, and could I pay that and he would have them fixed in a few weeks. After several calls to him, he said he was waiting on Kawasaki to send the parts. on April 7th, he said the parts would be in April 10 and the skis would be fixed by the end of April. On May 9th he was still giving us the run around. I called Kawasaki to find out the parts were never ordered. I went to his business to talk to him, he jumped in his vehicle and took off, his employee shared with me that he has been doing this to a lot of people. I have since taken my Jet skis, unfixed and he refuses to refund my money. Attached is correspondence with The **** Attorney General, and the dispute with my credit card, he said he would refund my money within 7-10 business days. Still nothing.Initial Complaint

I picked my ******* **** ******** *** powerboat up April 7 2023. After a complete restoration by RJ Custom Marine which cost a total of $34,000 parts and labor. There were parts that still needed to be installed on the boat and there were many issues with the fiberglass and paint work on the boat. I was assured by the owner Robbie ***** that there issue would be addressed but after two months. The owner would set up appointments for me to bring the boat down to have the work done and he work either not show or would show and leave for a part and not return. I am filing this complaint to 1) try to seek some relief 2) warm other prospective customer about the business practices of this company and owner. Robbie ***** continues to say that all I have to do is bring the boat back but he never keep his promises and now I am very apprehensive about leaving any of my property with him. So far these are the issues with my boat. Paint defects IE fish eyes, runs, thin spot scratches. Fiberglass defects, IE cracks Cleats not installed over old D-Rings and those spots are showing through the paint where the D-rings were. Stern D-rings we’re installed uneven and in the wrong place. Push, power switches blow the breaker on a regular basis. Carpet under the deck not finished Bow light not working. Wires not tied up. Carpet not finished. blue LED cockpit lights not installed or returned. Mayfair hydraulic steering brackets have damage from impact wrench. Garmin not hooked up to power or **** **** trim tabs, stereo, depth finder. No transducer. Damage to left rear Of boat by sandblaster Scratch on right side of rub rail Floor not installed correctly. Big step down under hatch. Damage to trailer left tail alight and no skid on left rear. Hour meter broken Teak trim piece on dash broken and not installed correctly. Neutral safety switch not adjusted correctly. PVC drain in engine bulkhead not installed. Ignition switch missing part/s and doesn’t work properly.
