Entered into an agreement with Bronco excavating, who is a subcontractor for *** development on the ********* *** project located on ******** Ave in ** ******. Agreed to accept the excavation material from the site. Resulting in the clearing of trees on a hillside of our property, with the intention of the fill to be deposited, and compacted on an area approximately 150 x 200 to be brought up to level. In addition and in exchange for this, a road was to be cut and graded to our property from the area of fill. The agreement also included asphalt removal from ********* *** was to be spread and graded on this road. While ********* *** is almost complete, Bronco has yet to complete any and all work agreed to. The fill has not been properly compacted, resulting in loss of additional trees, slippage of fill, failure to maintain silt fence, unfinished drainage pipes, and resulting in legal action against us for water damage to a business downstream. Over the course of the past 1-1/2 years, Bronco has blocked access to my property numerous times. Bronco rarely returns phone calls and emails, does not have the fill necessary to complete the project, promises work, but never delivers, and is 1 year past the permit granted and required.
