They might be the worst furniture place I have had the pleasure to buy second hand or c*** items. I bought a recliner and in three years the heat mechanism broke, the reclining piece has broke three times and each time I have asked for all my money back but I keep getting the run around or will fix it now they send me to half a___ company to fix it but they say oh no we are not to broke and here take $176 in cash a joke u cant buy a mattress or recliner with that or lets do it over again take $397 and buy some more c*** furniture again I am going to find someone to listen to me that is for **** sureReview from Thomas S

Horrible furniture store, I contacted their cororate office and did not get a response for weeks. When I did finally get a response they told me it was the manufacturer that would have to resolve my issue. I bought the furniture over a year ago but immediately had fabric issues. I got little balls all over the couch, called the seller (Furniture Fair) and was told this was normal and that I should shave the fabric and fabric was not covered under the warranty I have purchased plenty of furniture of the years and I have never had to shave fabric. I continued to complain and they eventually brought out new covers for the coushions and had someone come put them on and "shave the couch". It did not do much, the problem persisted even with the new covers. I again called Furniture Fair and ******* the manufacturer and I was sent to their customer resolution department where I was told to leave a message (during business hours) I might add, but I never got a return call. I would stay away from Furniture Fair and ******* furniture, their fabric is awful and the will not warranty it. I have spent $2,000 + dollars and I am stuck with awful furniture. The seller Furniture Fair and the Manufacturer, ******* do not care about their customers. I will tell everyone I can using every vehicle there is to communicate about my experience. STAY AWAY from Furniture Fair and ******** they only want your money they have no interest in your satisfaction.Review from Julie C

BUYRR BEWARE !!!! After searching high and low for a sofa that fit me (as I am short) I found one at the Taylorsville Rd. store. The one on the showroom floor was too soft so the salesperson said they could beef up the cushion but failed to tell me it would add 3 or so inches to it which then made it too tall. When I called to ask what they could do to help me with the problem I got the run around and alot of people telling me someone would return my call which went on for weeks. In the end I was told it would break down in about 3 years and there was nothing they could do because it was a special order. So I guess my feet will now hang off the floor for 3 or more years. We bought a $2500 kitchen table with chairs from this store. Within six weeks the top was peeling. We did purchase the extended warranty and when the repair man came out he said we dont cover water damage. So our table is basically ruined and they refused to make things right. He also said they just dont make things like they used to! When buying this table I asked the sales lady twice if it was a good choice for children, etc. I will never be back to this store which is unforntuate as we own several properties and some are fully furnished when rented.Review from Sandy G

Well guess, I am just adding to stellar reviews Furniture Fair gets(1.2 out of 5!!). Purchased over $30K worth of furniture from this company in past 20-25 years. Recently purchased a $10K Leather Living Room Electric Recliner set from them with an extended warranty from ******* Furniture Services. After about 4 yrs one of the seats on the reclining loveseat appears to have a busted spring. Found out from the warranty company(******* Furniture Services) that they would not honor the repair. If this is not covered, I do not know what they would ever cover! Contacted Furniture Fair and their representative appeared indifferent and said that there was nothing they could do. So bottom line do not buy furniture from them and even if you buy from someone esle do not EVER buy the extended warranty. So there you go this will greatly help your 1.2 out of 5 rating!!Review from Gary L

I purchased a tall mans recliner from the Furniture Fair at **** Colerain Ave. Cincinnati Ohio. I did not like the color of the floor model so we agreed to have them make a different chair in my choice of color. It took 6 weeks to have the chair made and delivered. The sales lady said the warranty starts then. When you sat in the chair there is a crackling sound coming from the seat cushion. There is not enough fill (stuffing) in the chair. The back portion where you rest your head and back is not filled all the way causing me back pains. There is also a button on the chair that stabs into your back because lack of stuffing. Also, there is a flap of material on back that snaps into the chair that would not snap. I called them and they sent out a technician and he said that the measurements for the snap was measured incorrectly. I asked about the crackling sound and he said they would look at that also. He then decided to have the bottom portion of the chair needed to be remade. 6 weeks later he came out again and replaced the bottom part of the chair. He was able to get flap to snap on. I asked him about the creaking sound and he said their is nothing we can do about that because the type if stuffing used to make the chair. I told him that was the main issue I wanted the chair fixed. I told him that the back part of the chair was still low on stuffing. He added more and left. After sitting in the chair for 5 minutes my back started hurting. I called him back in about 8 or so minutes and he didn't answer. This is a very poor made chair. It will cause physical spine problems. It is useless. I spent $1200.00 on this piece of junk. I spoke to a lady on the phone in customer service. She said that she can send the technician back out. I told her that you sent out a technician twice She told me that it is past the warranty time. I told her "No" it took 12 weeks to have it made and fixed within that time. She refused to take the chair back and give me a refund.Review from David P

Power recliner purchased directly from Furniture Fair. Unit stopped working and I contacted Furniture Fair customer service. Tech was sent out in October of 2023. Furniture Fair required payment in advance for the service call and defective switch. Repair is scheduled for March, 2024. I can't help but feel that since Furniture Fair has our money, they are not willing to expedite service. Thank you. ***** **Review from Kim A

Do not buy anything from this place. My sectional has been called on 5 times and still waiting on parts. It’s been 5 months. I’ve seen the repairman more than I’ve used my couch. It’s an ****** product and I was told by Jonathon the manager Florence Ky store that it was a step above what *** **** sells. DON’T WASTE YOUR VALUABLE TIME AND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!! Update: I have contacted the manager, went to the store, and picked out new furniture like I was told to do. Nothing has happened. Still waiting on phone calls to be returned. Apparently contacting owner didn’t do a thing and now this is the 7th time calling about this lemon of a sectional. The easiest part was making the purchase of not one, but two **** Chairs that swivel from the Taylorsville Road location. We purchased the first chair in July When we got the first chair into our home we noticed the back had an obvious slope but we did like it enough to want another in the same material. When we went in to order the second chair (just two days after getting the first) we told our salesperson about the slope across the back of the chair so he contacted their service department who sent a technician out. He agreed it needed to be reconstructed or returned. It was picked up and returned to our home three times with no changes made. So that final time we sent it back and it still sits in their warehouse awaiting resolution. They called us a week after that final return saying the slope was within variance so they could offer a store credit or 50.00 per chair and we get the chair back as is. So I went back to the store and the final decision at that visit was that they would order us a new chair and whichever one was better we could have. Perfect! Thats what we wanted, just order us a new chair! Another week and a half passed and we got another call again saying they cant order us the chair but they can offer us 50.00 per chair and we get the chair back as is. I guess they didnt trust that **** Chair could make an adequate chair and theyd have two chairs on their hands. Our second chair in the meantime was delivered and is a perfectly straight chair as one would expect when buying a new chair. At that time we contacted **** Chair but have had difficulty receiving any help or answer from them as of this date. Wish we had read other customers comments before purchasing from Furniture Fair. It seems delay is the tactic.
