I placed order at chick fil a drive threw. I ordered a few things. When I got home I noticed they left off the 8 ct nugget. I called up to the store immediately and spoke to manager to let them know they left off the nuggets. She told me I could come back up for it. I told her I could come the next day to get the nuggets because it was now after 8 I was tired from work and had just unpacked my baby and needed to feed him. She said they only honor same day and couldn’t the next day. It was chick fil a mistake by not putting my meal in the bag and I didn’t get what I paid for. It is not good business to do a customer like this. I also provided my receipt order number. I paid for a service I did not receive and it’s not right to keep the nuggets and my money.
