Scheduled to arrive on 6-17 to pressure wash house, gutters and clean windows inside and out. Our house is over 3000 sq feet yet only one person arrived and was finished with the entire job in approx. 2 1/2 hours ( was inside less that 15 minutes for approx. 26 windows). Called and spoke with Jessica (office manager) regarding our dissatisfaction and she scheduled same person to come back out on 6-22 Requested visit from supervisor to view the work that was done and he came out on 6-27 for missed area on siding and all windows were a streaked mess (even took pictures when proper light shone through). He was in agreement and stated would let office know. I didn't hear from office and called myself and spoke to Jessica and she scheduled next appt. for 7-5 and no one showed up. I also informed her I wanted a new technician. The siding issue was corrected on July 12th however, after viewing the windows in various light they were not satisfactory. It should also be noted one employee wasn't in uniform and was wearing playboy shorts. I emailed Jessica and asked for a full refund/credit for windows and associated fees or taxes. She replied and said it would issued in 7-10 days. I reached out again and not response and no refund or credit. There advertising states No drips. No streaks" "if not satisfied let them know so they can correct the problem" We have streaks, drips and no refund Called back and she said there was confusion about supervisor visit and re-scheduled for 7-12 I have the emails stated above if necessaryInitial Complaint

I hired this company after speaking to Jessica F*****, Office Manager, Window Genie of West Chester. Jessica stated this was a luxury service & with a house our size she would schedule us for 2 days: 1 full day and 1 partial day. I wanted a very thorough job so the service was to include all windows inside and out, all screens cleaned and all tracks/sills for $693.32. Day 1 of the 2 day service was scheduled for June 14, 2022 to arrive 8:30-9. One guy got out of vehicle to walk up to my house at 8:50 am. Packed everything up and closed vehicle doors at 11:41 am. One guy - less than three hours. Not a team for 1.5 days as promised. He had stuck his head in my house around 11 am to say he was done; it was 10:55. That’s when I asked him about the downstairs windows. He said they were done and when I asked again - he said he wasn’t aware there were windows down there. He went down with his boots on. Meanwhile I checked the garage windows - not touched. So he had to do those after he “did” the 6 downstairs. My husband talked to him about the window above our master bath tub. He watched Jerry get it clean. He asked about the invoice and I said to send it to me. he left at 11:41 am. I have videos I sent the company - this employee did 3 outside windows in 1 minute 40 seconds. That’s why I got the poor results I got. See attached images. I have video showing the replacement of the blind and how dirty everything was. I just need to know how I can send the videos to you. I also have ring videos showing arrival, close up of his vehicle to leave, Video showing the mess left under every window. I talked w/Jessica on 6/14 & again on 6/15. Jessica said the company would replace the screen door on the slider, they would replace the broken items and the owner himself would come out to re-clean the windows. I stated I preferred to fix everything & hire the company we used prior with no charge. Jessica replied “ok, *****.” Today 6/28 I got an email demanding payment.
