On Wednesday, July 31, 2024 my son was in a car accident over by **************. I understand it was a 45 minute drive and they charge from the time they leave their lot until they are back. Looking at the bill I had to pay it shows 3 units for a recovery wench? No one could tell me why 3 units. There is also a fuel surcharge of $546.00. You have got to be kidding. Plus they only accept CASH payments. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Office staff was very rude.Initial Complaint

To put the story short I blew a tire on the highway a tow driver came from this company charged me $111 proceeded to drive down the highway car was wobbly I pull off the highway the tow guy didn't tighten 3 of my lug nuts they were very good we could of been killed or killed some one else driving I found a nice man he tightened them for me I've driven over 100 miles since then and they have not came loose if you look at the picture you can see that the lug nuts are not even screwed all the way down this was his carelessness I just can't get over how much danger he put me and my daughters and everyone else on the highwayBusiness response

we have discussed this concern on the 19th of July and have authorized a complete refund to the customer, payment is in process.
