Will not return a fixed phone. Go in one day say not ready, give date go new date not fixed. Been 2 weeks to fix a phone. Now not given any update. Go by yesterday to see phone, see it’s fixed, will not give it back.Initial Complaint

I am livid. i have a dell computer dead. i called tues 9th of may was told that i could get written estimate for dell computer that has a credit card warranty . went on 5 12. told it would be 29.99 estimate. when i called friday night i was told they could not give estimate to me since i was not repairing it which i clearly indicated on tues 9th was not the original plan. so i went sat 13th to pick it up completely wasted my time. and was misled so now i am in position to have to ask warranty co to CALL hamilton nj ubreakit i fix it. i need them to send the issue to the warranty co as i they said on 5 9 this i hamilton nj would never go back. its clear they will only give estimate when u repair it which i never said i would was.Initial Complaint

I have a Samsung Zfold3 that about 16 months old. I brought the phone in because the bubble in the middle of the screen is bad and I can't view the phone. The 1st tech said it's easy to just replace the screen protector and pay $49 instead of going through my insurance because then they would replace half of the phone due to the warranty. I went to lunch and came back and the manager said I was quoted the wrong price. It's $80 instead of $40.. I paid anyway to get my phone back and now less than 7 days the bubble is back again and they want to charge me another $80. No good customer service at all.Initial Complaint

I purchased a wall charger and charging cable from ubreakifix (sale #********) on July 5, 2022. On July 13, 2022, I returned the wall charger (box unopened) because I had a USB port on my power strip. I had paid cash for the items, but was told their computer system couldn't make cash refunds. I gave a credit card number and was told that their computer was down. I gave my cellphone number with the assurance that I would be called when the transaction was made. On July 14, I tried the charging cable, and it did not correct the problem for which I bought it. (The problem was that I would receive the error message, "Check for charging connection", when I would plug in the charging cable.) I returned to ubreakifix on July 15, 2022 to process my original refund and return the charging cable. The computer problem for crediting my credit card still had not processed. Then the clerk said that I could not return the cable because the seal had been broken. I asked, "Well, how else could I see if it was working?" No wall sign or package marking provided the seal information. The clerk then checked the cable on my phone, and it worked properly, substantiating his case for not refunding my money.
