  I hired this company install a new driveway for me and I’m having several issues with the new driveway at the start I had a area that would puddle and water would enter my garage and I also noticed a lot of pitting and chipping starting to happen so I contacted him( business owner **** *********) and he assured me he would take care of it. After waiting anywhere from 4 to 6 months and millions of calls and messages to him they finally came out to replace the section however they did not pin it to the existing driveway so now it lowers and raises in the winter to the tune of at least a half inch. I contacted him yet again and explained the issues and keep in mind this was the first winter since the section was replaced so once I noticed I contacted home and sent pictures and he was not willing to come out and look at it he just said let’s wait til spring and I’ll fix it. So I waited and after several more times of contacting him he decided to stop when I was not home and without informing me and just sent me a text saying they are evened out again and it’s normal (No it’s not normal, normally it’s pinned to avoid that issue). The other issues I’m having is the driveway is pitting all over and all saw lines are chipping everywhere. He keeps saying we can just seal it again( will not correct that issue) but that’s he professional advice. I had another concrete company looks at it and tell me it’s pitting and chipping really bad due to really high alkali in the concrete and other issues. They also told confirmed what I mentioned about him not pinning the concrete calling it a “rookie mistake”. At this point I am finally catching on to what he is doing which is dragging it out til I have no legal ground. If not results from this complaint my next step is court!

  We came back numerous times. Fixed a few small issues and the problem is him plowing the snow with a steel bottom with a steel blade bucket snow plow and his gutters are running right onto the driveway. He has multiple trailers that he parks in his driveway. Its out of our hands.

  The owner there’s totally downplaying this issue blaming everything but himself as far as the plowing goes the bottom of my plow has bumpers and I’m willing to send pictures to prove that he also mentions a few trailers  sitting in the driveway there are two trailers  sitting in my driveway and I don’t know how the trailers would crack or pit the driveway so that makes no sense and when he says he came back to fix a couple small issues when he came back he had to replace a large section of the driveway due to water puddle and entering my garage that does not sound like a small issue and when he replaced that he never pinned it to the existing driveway so in the winter it moves up and down causing the driveway to be uneven and on top of that the entire driveway is still chipping and pitting everywhere so like I said he’s downplaying this whole thing and hoping that it swings in his favor but I’m more than willing to send any and all pictures requested to prove his response is an inaccurate and he has zero integrity.
