we had pre scheduled dumpster(s) for a future project at a later date: they charged my card for 2- twenty yard dumpsters may 11th 2023. keep in mind that we had not received these dumpsters at this time. then when we started the project, they delivered a dumpster on the 26th and on the 27th of may 2023. they then charged us for 2 more dumpsters on may 28th 2023 that we never received. we only received 2 dumpsters. I then called them to let them know that we were billed for 4 dumpsters, and "bin there dump that" claimed that they only charged for 3 dumpsters and they would refund 1 of them, of which as of today it hasn't been credited yet. I told them that they charged 4 dumpsters to my card, and i asked them to look into it. the person i was speaking with was pam. she was in a big hurry to end the conversation when i would try to talk she would just keep saying bye trying to avoid any conversation.Business response

Thank you for taking the time to speak with me today and following up with me on this. I have attached all the communication we had with *****. We delivered one on the morning of the 27th. He called right after and wanted 5 more. We couldn't get all of them there because of inventory (he had originally wanted them the following week) After that he called to have it picked up because he wasn't "happy with the service". In the next email I will send the original order form where he wanted only 2 delivered on the 11th but cancelled the delivery because of electric pole issues or something to that matter. (not clear on the reason) but he didn't say anything about the refund then because he was going to call back with a new delivery date. I also refunded his money for the 2 dumpsters an hour after he called on the 30th. We were closed on that Monday for Memorial Day. I quickly refunded and emailed him his receipts showing so. I never received a response. Instead of replying to an email or asking to speak with a manager he went straight to filing a complaint. He was only not happy with our service when we couldn't provide him with 5 more dumpsters on the day he called for more.Initial Complaint

I rented a dumpster to clean out my disceased mom's house. When the driver picked up the dumpster, he snagged my mom's electric service drop. I do not believe that he knew this happened. I did not get back to my mom's house for about another week and a half. When I got back there to work not all the electric worked in the house. After looking at things further, I saw that the insulator for the electric service pulled half way out of the house, indicating that it must have been snagged. I called the electric company, they did come out and fixed it and verified that indeed the electric service wire was snagged. I called Bin there Dump that letting them know what happened and asked if I could get some kind of discount or a free dumpster rental for the inconvenience that it caused me because of not being able to work there because of the electric. I was told that the owner was not in and I would get a call when he was in. After 3 days there is still no response from the company. I feel like , they do not care enough about my concern.Customer response

I did hear from the company but the response I got from them was unsatisfactory, The owner said they looked at pictures of the dumpster but could not see anything from the pictures. I tried to explain to the owner that the power line was not in the picture and wasn't willing to admit any fault and did not do anything for me.Business response

We delivered to *** ******* on September 24th this year and picked up his dumpster on October 2nd. He contacted our office saying he "thinks" our driver snagged his power line, but didn't return to the property until a week after we picked up the dumpster. When he called he let me know he contacted the power company because there was no power in the house. I let him know if the power company did charge him and my guy in fact snagged it we would gladly take care of the charges from the Power Company. He later called back to let me know the power company did not charge him, so he paid nothing for the line to be repaired. At that **** he asked for compensation for **** loss there. With our dumpster being picked up a week prior, I'm not sure what "****" he lost on using our product. He then wrote a google review stating he will NEVER use our company again due to no compensation. I simply replied back in a positive manner. I also looked up where the dumpster sat on his property via the power lines and there is no power line that could have been snagged where the bin was while lifting the way our trucks works. I find it funny that he would NEVER use us again but his resolution to this is a "free" dumpster, If I was in fact disappointed in a service I would never want to deal with the company again. plus there is no proof we actually snagged the line. If we did damage something I would absolutely make it right but in this case I don't feel my team was in the wrong.
