These guys are terrible service and food is bad and cold. No manager to handle the problems or refuse to fix. Very unprofessional and no way to contact a corporate office. Employees are extremely rude and I have tried numerous times to get somewhere with this and have gotten no where. Problems continue with no effort to fix the issues. Management is the worst I've seen in years.Initial Complaint

On April 24, 2022 I went to the drive thru at this Wendy's restaurant. There were 8 or 9 cars in front of me. I waited over 16 minutes (timed by a phone call) just to get to the speaker box. I waited an additional 6 minutes (again timed) then I said, "Hello?" The employee said, "It's gonna be a while." I asked how long it would be. He replied that it would be at least an additional 20 minutes due to shift change. That is completely unacceptable. He was rude and snappy. I asked for management information and was told they're not allowed to give out any information. I can understand the district manager not wanting to put out their cell phone number, but there needs to be someone to contact about terrible locations. I called the national Wendy's customer care line and was on hold for 52 minutes before I finally hung up. Upon doing my own research, I believe this location is operated by ****** **** ******* out of either ************* ** or ********* **. Someone needs to step in and fix this location. This was not my first bad service from them. The management at this store needs totally replaced. Almost every time the food is wrong. Once I saw a manager yelling, red faced, and totally up in the face of an employee. There is another Wendy's operated by the same company, and it is much, much better. I doubt this will go anywhere, but I need someone to know how terribly managed this place is. Thank you.Business response

I see the complaint from the customer and we have actually replaced most of the management team in this location over the last month.We are seeing better service etc. at this location recently so hopefully their experience has been better recently. We are definitely monitoring the situation in this location and appreciate the customer reaching out.Thanks!Customer response
