      4/19/24-Home Duct cleaning service with Stanley Steamer. Was to receive $50 off/invoice was over $899-have called 6 times I was told that they would send me a check for $50 and we are still waiting. **** has been my contact. I reached out to him at 419-738-5481. I used the Wapakoneta OH location we had had good experience with a small insurance claim. That is why I called this Stanley Steemer. Now not so good! I cannot even find an address to drive to and request my $50 refund. Every time I call I am told "oh you did not receive that yet? I'll get it out". Last call was Friday 5/17 and was told should have my check by Wednesday 5/23. Still waiting! Invoice #*******

      this customer was service by an independent franchise location out of Lima Ohio. Please transfer this to their BBB profile.

       

      We did inform the franchise of this complaint and he responded letting us know that he sent her a $50 check was cashed on or about 6/06/24

      I received my refund after 6 weeks of calling thank you. I will not use Stanley Steemer again or reccomend to any neighbors/friends/family.
