HORRIBLE! I paid 2,325.91 for a rack and pinion replacement and two outer tie rod ends. First,off they lied to me and my mother several times. We had A verbal agreement that they could fix it within ten days.(I was going out of town) Honestly, it feels like they waited til the day I was supposed to pick it up to work on it. June, 10th my mother and son showed up to pick it up and they said it wasn't done that they put the parts on it and they was leaking and they was gonna put OEM parts in place of the AC Delco parts which was not on the invoice at all. (they said they was gonna eat it.)The day I brought it home I jacked it up and got under it and the boot on the outer tie rod end on the driver side was flapping around loose on one end. I did a further inspection of both sides and they didn't even put the clamps on one side of the boot on both sides. Like they forgot to put the camps on it loose before they slide it up in there. They had the car a total of 14 days. The second time we tried picking it up they said the guy working on it had a family emergency and went out of town. I was told jimmy was the owner and really its Sean. They actually told me it was fixed got the remainder of the payment and then let me drive 40 min to pick it up that it wasn't fixed "they test drove it and it had the same issue.'Why didn't they test drive it after they put the new parts on it????!!! They waited until the day we was supposed to pick it up before they test drove it! Then didn't even call me ahead of time! If I could give them a zero I would!! This is exactly the reason I dread going to a mechanic. The level of dishonestly is absolutely disgusting!!!
