This USED dealer has a 20 minute test drive policy that you must sign before you are allowed to test drive their auto's. . This amount of time leaves no time to get use to the auto or such things as a check engine light to come on. This policies punishment is he has the right to not sale you his auto. Makes you wonder what he doesn't want you to find out!!! . I have had other dealers offer me to take a car or truck out for a couple hours or even try it for a couple days before I decide to purchase. But not much can be inspected nor observed in the 20 minutes this dealers policy allows. Todays auto's are VERY expensive. We are asked to pay thousands for auto's with over 100,000 -185,000 miles on them. I found this policy to be unfair as to the amount I was going to pay. This dealer sets his price and also has a " NO HAGGLE " in his descriptions. Itook a better part of 4-5 minutes for my wife and I to get the rear veiw mirror and restraints figured out and get the seats comfortable and set to be safe to drive before we even had started the truck! Needless to say we won't be ever test driving another and he was unpleasant to boot. No vin number is ever posted along with the desciption or no carfax offered.

Tim you harassed us from day one. First of all you hung up on us because we had sold one you wanted before you could make it to the lot. We called you right back to try to get you into another vehicle you come out and drive another one and was gone 50 minutes. If your taking it to a mechanic you can be gone for hours seems to us you just like taking cars for test drives because your jumping from 4k car to 15k car and you have drove several. We have been very patient with you. Your calls late at night and at 5 am in the morning we got tired of you harassing us all hours of the day. Then Making false accusations about our cars when they always sale right after you leave. The last time you were here you were very rude . We do not want to do business with people that harass me and my employees.never once did a check engine light come on on any of are vehicles you drove.
