On April 29 a technician (Shawn) came to my home to inspect AC not working. He determined we had a leak in the coils and needed to replace them. On May 7 a different technician came to install the new coils and determined the problems were more extensive and the entire furnace unit had to be replaced. We were told it would be about 1 week to get the new furnace delivered. On May 21, the new unit was installed. After the installation was complete we contacted Federal Heating because it was still not working correctly. A new technician came out and determined that we also needed to replace the dampers in the ducts. We were told the parts would be ordered and installed at no additional charge. Since the end of May I have placed calls weekly to Federal Heating multiple times and have left messages with a receptionist and even spoken to the manager who schedules work. They say the parts are in and just need to be installed. But they refuse to schedule someone to install the dampers.Business response

On Monday, July 19, 2021, we sent an installer out to install the new damper. Issue has been resolved. Thank you.Customer response
