We have been paying our internet bill each month online, this month I received the invoice, but each time I went to pay I got an error message from the app the invoice was connected to.
I tried several times to no avail. I began reaching out to ****** **** at the internet provider via text, phone call, and email to try and get a solution. I never got a response or in contact with him.
I tried over the span of several days and at different times, still no luck. My bill is now over due, I tried stopping at the address provided on the invoice and it doesn’t seem like anybody is occupying the space. I don’t want to send a check to an address that I’m unsure the money will get to the right person.
I am frustrated that I cannot get in contact with anybody at the company and am concerned that the late bill will continue to pile up, as well as in the future if we were to move out of the current property I wouldn’t be able to reach him to end the services being provided, therefore causing more issues with billing
