We paid this business to repair our furnace and they actually made it worse. Before Jack B**** came to our home to fix our furnace it was at least putting out SOME heat. Now it is blowing out cold air only. He spent four hours in our home on 2/11/22 and then 8-10 hours in our home on 2/14/22 and finally determined that we needed a whole new furnace. We have a family of six. Four children. We are freezing. He then tells us that he would return the following day (2/15/16) with another employee to put in a brand new furnace, one that he already had at his shop. It is now almost 2pm in the afternoon and we have not heard from Jack B**** about when we will be getting our new furnace. We have to now find someone else to put in a new furnace because we have to have heat. In the meantime Jack B**** and Ohio Clean Air has our money that I would like refunded to us since they did nothing to help us - all they did was take our money and waste our time.
