            Friday, September 24, 2021, I came back from Hospital, having just gone under a procedure requiring anesthesia, when I opened my garage door, it wouldn't, something snapped. I called Fremont Overhead Door, he came around 10:45, he immediately said I needed a new door, when I went to take pictures of the parts he was removing, so I could show my wife, and remember what he had done he got upset with me said I didn't need to be taking pictures, he also said I didn't need the part that he removed (I did get it) he had me in tears! *********** came Friday October 1, said my door was solid, didn't need a new one, he ran it as total of 4 times, both up and down, first it had been used since Fremont Overhead had "fixed it"! Saturday, October 2, at Noon, I went to open it, and it broke again, I was unable to go on a bike run I had planned on attending. *********** came Friday, October 8, fixed it.             Our door is having problems going up when the weather is cold since they fixed a twisted cable last year.. , We had 2 springs on the door. We were told we only needed one and they took one off. Since they took it off the door doesn't open right, when the weather is cold. It didn't work last winter and now it isn't working again when the weather gets down to freezing. He came up to our house and turned a screw, he was here 5 minutes charged $120.00, still not working. Came back next day to put new sealing strip around the door, charged $80.00 still doesn't work right. $200.00 wasted.
