      In September 2021, I had car issues and had my 2014 Ford towed to Kent’s Transmission in Fremont, Ohio where it remained for over a month. The owner of Kent’s Transmission ordered the correct part for the repair. The repair totaled to our at 1200.00. In July 2022, the same part faulted in my 2014 ford and we need to collect and invoice with the part number on it for the part to be covered by the warranty. I have called this business numerous times and left 2-3 voicemails with no return. When I call and the phone reaches the voicemail it does not connect to voicemail and says “memory full” meaning the business is not trying to reply to voicemails. My desired resolution is for Kent’s Transmission to provide me with the invoice with the part number so that Ford can honor the warranty on the report.
