  This seems to be a typical "please cancel my membership" type scam. They have a very difficult to follow process that has weird timings on everything that make it so you end up "owing" them for a member ship you are trying to cancel. Tried to do it over the phone, can't do that...gotta come in. Try to go in, can't cancel while suspended. Can't unsuspend unless you're current, etc etc etc. I want them to simply close the account, take off the fees for future times that were never used, and just let it go. We tried it out, didn't like it. You don't get to keep more of my money because you had some weird cancellation policy that's 1000x more difficult than signing up. That's just dishonest.

  BBB placed a courtesy call to business and spoke to **** ******** GM, who said they have no member by the name on the complaint. They will need to see paperwork to determine if he's a member at their location.

  This complaint is on behalf of my wife... ***** *******, at the SAME address. It's very disingenuous for Spenga Gahanna to say they can't respond because they don't know who I am. I just want the account closed and any outstanding "membership" fees removed from it. This is a write off.
