I called to get pricing on service to clean my house due to guest coming in. I spoke to Patty and she provided me with the pricing information. We scheduled a date and I was told that I would have to put down a $100 deposit to save that date. I did. It was scheduled for Tuesday, October 11th. I called and left a voice mail message on Sunday, October 9th that I needed to cancel because my guest wasn't going to make it in as planned. I called back on Tuesday to confirm they got message. I called again on Friday, October 14th to inquire about my deposit. I spoke to Patty again and she said that the deposit was non-refundable. I advised her that a no time when I we went over services and scheduling date was I told it was non-refundable. She said she would have to speak to owner and would call me later that day. Never received call back. I called again a few days later. Again, spoke to Patty. She said owner just came in and she will call me back before end of day. Never received call back. I spoke to Patty again when I called Thursday, October 20th and was told refund would be issued but was waiting on someone who does the accounting to come back from Florida on Monday and again Patty said she will call me back. I still have not heard from her or received my deposit. I am getting the runaround by Patty. I would never have scheduled the service if I had been told it was a non-refundable deposit. I don't put down non-refundable deposits because too many things happen. I want my refund!
