June 13, 2023 I submitted on line for an $8.00 rebate. I received it on Aug. 29, 2023. The check was made out on 6/28/2023 but the postmark is dated 7/31/2023, over a month later. Then it took the postal system nearly another month to deliver it. The check says "void if not presented before 8/26/2023" which was 3 days before I received it. The day I received it, 8/29/2023, I called Dura Lube but was only able to leave a message. After no response the next day, I emailed the company and again have had no response. Considering the unreasonable length of time between issuing the check and actually mailing it, I feel the company should make this good. I have provided a photo of the check and postmarked envelope.Initial Complaint

I sent in for a $20 rebate on 5/22/2022. After the 10 weeks,no rebate. I've contacted ****** at duralube on 7/26,8/29,9/20,10/5/2022 with the same message, "soon" or no response. They still haven't sent the rebateCustomer response

The companys web site states: "If you are not happy with any Dura Lube® product, we offer a 100% money back guarantee. " There are no terms or conditions on either the box or the web site, just the statement above. The product did nothing so I tried to get a refund. I contacted the company via email and was informed that I needed to mail the original receipt and cutout of upc from box. Unfortunately I need the original receipt so I can only send a copy and I'm not willing to mail it. I was bassically told to bad. The attachments are my email thread with duralube and the attachment I sent them. A company that offers complete satisfaction gauranteed with no terms listed cannot add conditions and terms after the fact. Especially considering there is only one original and a small but non-zero chance that USPS will loose it. I have requested a refund of $20.28 (18.82 + 1.46 sales tax) for a product purchased on 4/18/2022.Business response

Please note we have refunded Gino Innocenti in full for his $20.28 request (Check # ****** 5/17/22). Our normal refund policy is to obtain proper proof of purchase (UPC/Barcode and Original Purchase receipt) to prevent fraudulent refund requests.Customer response

Date of purchase Feb 19th, 2022 Purchase location Walmart purchase amount $17.27 plus Arizona state tax My car was shooting the 2097 code before I used this and now it’s shooting three 2096 and three 0421 codes, I Called the company numerous times and they never answer the phone and the voicemail requests that you leave a message and they do not call you back, on the box packaging they offer a moneyback guarantee and they don’t even contact me back to at least give me that, My car will not pass emissions with those codes on it and this company does not care at all whatsoever about customers, my car is a 2015 and only has 26,000 miles on it A new catalytic converter is $800 plus tax and shipping not including labor
