  Contract signed with C3 Home Improvement LLC on 9/26/2022 to build a barn for $53,000. The business was paid a down payment of $22,500 on 9/27/2022. The remainder was paid on 12/5/2022 for the amount of $31,500. There was an additional $1,000 paid in the December check for the business to change out the water pressure tank in the home. (noted on check) The owner was asked numerous times to complete the barn for months. After being paid off early he has not put any money that was paid the 2nd round towards finishing my jobs, there is no approach to enter the barn still to this day. The owner also agreed that if he was paid off in full he would enclose the breezeway between the barn and garage for free. None of these additional things have been done and he does not reply. I asked him to repair our fireplace with an insert I purchased after many follow ups he finally completed that and said he would let me know the cost of the repair. . Fireplace work was completed in February of 2023.I asked back in December for repair of the fireplace. This company does not stick to their commitments. He still has not replied and I do not consent to him keeping the extra $1,000 for this pressure tank replacement. I had other estimates around $400.00. At this point I cannot get him to respond to complete the repairs on the barn or settle the fireplace repair. I would like him to finish the barn that was paid for, honor his commitment to enclose the breezeway, and refund the remaining money for the pressure tank that he did not install.

  We're during our busy season. The only thing left to do is put gravel down and we will be out to do it as soon as possible.

  I am rejecting this response because: I have been waiting already since December  
  2022. As well as I have found other issues with their work, as you can see with these pictures. They didn't complete the work on top of roof and the water is running down the wood and already starting  to cause water damage The barn overhead door does not close flush due to uneven concrete spread; the top part of the door frame is not sealed all the way so it looks like it is falling down. He has been paid in full I do not feel I should have to wait any longer to use my barn. I need more than just gravel. I need him to replace wood that is already damaged as well as fix the door to get a flush close on it. What about the $1000.00 I gave him to have a new water pressure tank put in? I do not except that he thinks he's going to take that money that states specifically for water and use it for something other than that, without even consulting with me. He has not lived up to his contractual obligations. I paid over$ 50.000.00 for a barn that I can't use and I'm not willing to wait till it's convenient for him. I want my job done and I want it done right.
