We had a water line bust and it was buried under the block foundation of our house. Alex came over immediately and worked all day in the rain and the mud to get it fixed. Have had zero issues since and we paid him more than he wanted. Cant thank him enough for the fast service, excellent work and great pricing! We will call again I am sure!

Alex has done amazing work for us and other members of my family and friends! My flooring is AMAZING and so is our fencing and new bathroom! Great to work with as well! He has communicated and let us know every detail of what was happening! We highly recommend him!

We hired Alex Schuler Contracting to paint and lay floor. He did work and the painting was done mostly to our satisfaction but the floor he laid has major problems. The flooring has split within days of the installation, flooring has expanded and left spaces between the planks, and the floor is unlevel and he nailed nails down through the wooden plank flooring. Additionally, he took product from our home (transitions, outlet covers, bathroom towel hooks that were there when he started), he charged almost double what he estimated. We have made payments to the company but have refused to pay the last portion because we have had another company evaluate flooring and we will have to pay almost as much as we have paid him to make this right. He provided substandard work and we do not want him back in our home because he obviously does not know how to install floor and he certainly does not understand how to communicate with consumers about what the cost will be. Any professional contractor, if they found the work would encompass more than originally thought, would stop and inform the consumer and let them make the choice if to proceed or not continue -- we were not given that opportunity and he decided to keep working and incurring more expenses and then present us with a bill for almost double and expect us to pay it -- then a week later the issues presented themselves. HE did not even give us the courtesy of a walk through or even a bill showing the work done for what he charged. This has also been sent to the Attorney Generals Office.
