  I received a bill $70, $38. 80 circuit repair etc. Total $4,000 they are holding my 2 cars until I pay the bill. I want my cars released. And my bill to be adjusted to a decent price I feel I am being ripped off.

  My name is James C***, owner of Graham’s Towing & Auto Repair. I am writing in regards of **** ******, ID ********. *** ****** has multiple outstanding bills with our company and wants to pick his vehicles up without payment and we will not release it until the bills are payed. *** ****** owns ** *** ** ************** and has multiple vehicles. Vehicle #1 is a **** ***** * which *** ****** wanted repaired so he could drive it in the parade and OK’d the repairs. We world on his vehicle and he picked it up on 11-9/21. The total on this vehicle is $298.31 and the bill has yet to be paid.  Vehicle #2 is a **** ***** ******* *** that was towed to our shop after it had been sitting for awhile. We installed a new battery & got it running and found to have no brakes. Upon further inspection found rusted out brake lines. We called the company with an estimate and they OK’d it. 
  
  
  After changing the brake lines we went to bleed out the brakes and they wouldn’t bleed out because the antilock brake system (ABS) module valves are stuck which we would not be knowing until we had brake fluid going through it. Called the co. and gave them the estimate to repair it and they said they will let us know and never called back to give the OK. The battery & brake lines has been done since 10-25-21 and the vehicle is still on our lot and the bill has not been paid. The bill on this vehicle is $1124.04.
  
  
  Vehicle #3 is a **** ***** ****** with over 200,000 miles was brought to my shop for a no start condition and this vehicle started & ran and had variable valve timing diagnostic codes in the ECM. We called ** *** ** with an estimate and they OK’d the estimate. The vehicle was picked up on 8-16/21. The vehicle broke down again on 1-18-22, with transmission problems and we towed it to our facility, checked it out and contacted ** *** ** with no response. The first repair bill & the 2nd tow bill has not been paid & is in the total of $357.30. We also had 2 other vehicles which belonged to ** *** ** ************** which he finally paid for and picked up. Graham’s will not release the vehicles until the passed due invoices are paid in full. ** *** ** OK’d the bills and their won’t be any adjustments to the bills. ** *** ** was aware of the price before the work was done. I feel that **** ******/** *** ** ************** is trying to get out of paying their bills. I feel they are trying to rip off Graham’s Towing by not wanting to pay what they owe.
