I filed a claim with ****** ********* (for appliances etc) when my water pipes had frozen and burst. They had Riteway Plumbing contact me. Tim came over, looked at the pipes and charged me 350.00 for a 'diagnosis fee'. I found out later that it should have been 125.00, the deductible that Select requires. He said that it would be 1200.00 to fix the burst pipes. On 2/3/2023 He came over, I thought, to fix the pipes. He asked that I pay in cash as he was having trouble with his 'card reader.' I complied. He had said that the 1200.00 would include the 350.00 so I paid him 850.00 in cash. He said he was leaving to get parts and would give me a receipt after he got back. I haven't seen him since.Initial Complaint

1/3/23 I paid Tim F***** of Riteway Plumbing to fix my plumbing issue, and he did nothing but look at my problem. He took my money and never came to fix it. He has been texting me he's coming for a whole week but never showed up. I asked him several times for my money back, but he always had an excuse. I have text messages and emails from him.
