John and his crew just finished two areas in our basement (a workshop and a laundry room) that are complex shapes. The concrete floors were in bad shape after having waterproofing work done. The Floord crew needed to work around a boiler, water heater, sump pumps, closets (inside, too!), structural supports, adjacent carpeted areas, drains and sewer access, and many corners, in addition to the cracks in the floor left by the waterproofers (another story). This was the optimal solution for our situation with our century home in Lakewood and John knocked it out of the park for us, including a schedule change because we had COVID. The work was completed as promised in two stages. Day one was lots of surface prep and priming with the application of the color chips. By day two, the work area was dry and ready for the finishing work, scraping the flakes to smooth it and remove excess chips, and applying the clear finish coat. I wish I could post before and after photos because the improvement is dramatic and the work was so well done. Floord was responsive, communicative, pleasant and respectful of our space. John was honest, realistic, kind and caring. This was a high value, professional job and we are grateful.
