Entered by BBB staff LO Consumer set up a pre funeral arrangement in December of 2022. The money was taken out in January but the consumer canceled after that and money was taken out again February. The consumer contacted the business and someone came out to her home on 2/24/23 to fill out cancellation papers, which were left at the consumers home, and told her she would be refunded $97.17 for February. The consumer advised the business that the paperwork was left at her house and they said everything would still process correctly. The consumer still has not been refunded for February. The consumer said she looked at the cancellation paperwork again today and there are 2 different dates on it, 1/3/2023 and 2/24/2023. She is not sure why there are two different dates. Then she was charged again for March, another $97.17.Business response

RECEIVED VIA PHONE BY BBB STAFF MEMBER:
The business has stated that the consumer was refunded by the insurance company who handles the pre-funeral arrangements the week of 3/12. The business called the consumer to confirm this but there was no answer.
