  Complaint taken over the phone by BBB Staff SE The buisness came out in October 2021 to waterproof the right side of the house (when facing the house). Every time it rains I get a big puddle in the corner of the house where they waterproofed. They originally came out to fix it but they never came back out to level the side. Water is still coming in. I was supposed to make arragements with the man to come out to escavate, however, he never showed and does not return my calls

  RECEIVED VIA PHONE BY BBB STAFF MEMBER:

  I've spoken with ******* for the business. He confirmed that he did go out to the consumer's home to make some additional repairs. He informed the customer that the water that is coming in is not coming from the walls where they did the work but from underneath the floor. Furthermore the consumer was also instructed that the leveling would need to be done by another company. ******* recommended 2 other companies to the customer that could complete the work but the customer declined. ******* was under the impression that the customer already had another company complete the leveling.

  I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
  
  the company that he was working with that excavated the yard was supposed to come back due to the weather and never returned to finish the job he was doing. He never recommended any other company’s to me .he just told me I needed to get a sub tank -because water was still coming into the house. I had 2 companies come out and they said the problem needed to be fix when he had the exterior basement wall open because now they would have to tear open the work he did or I will have a whole another waterproofing job. I paid myles company over $14000 for waterproofing a side of my house and to rebuild an exterior basement wall there is no way that water should be coming in from the foundation if he took the wall down and built a new wall- all cracks and holes should have been repaired at that point. I should not have to pay someone else to now go over the work that he has down less then 7 months of him completing the waterproofing and rebuilding of the exterior basement wall from the foundation up.
