Product: Used Mattress || Purchase Date: 5/3/24 5:14pm || Amount: $40|| Date of Incident: 5/3/24 || Date of complaint to business: 5/6/24 9:00am || Associated #: ******* || I went to pay my and ********* tire payment, I told them I all so wanted to put $40 down on a mattress. Due to a bedbug concern, I decided over the weekend, we did not want it, cancelled the order. They cold not deliver it on the date above. So I cancelled the order and delivery. Product never left the store floor at this time. Called for money back. Rep T**** statement was "we are not in the business of arguing money back. and plus its in the bank already." Product never left storeroom floor. I want my money back and I do not want it going towards my tire payments. That and masking our tire payments LAST on and here are the necessary receipts. This is in response to complaint #********. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. The manager of the store, T***** has contacted the customer personally and has refunded any money due. If anyone has any more concerns or questions, they can contact ***** at the ********** store at ###-###-####. They can also contact the regional over the store, B***, at ###-###-####. Thank you!!!
