In summer of 2021 I bought a mobility scooter from BMS. Great machine. Served me well. In Oct of 2022 it stopped working. I depend so heavily on it that when it had to go into their shop, I bought a new spare one for $1400. BMS was to give an estimated repair cost so I could get my original fixed and not need to transport it from home to work - I would simply leave one scooter at each location. A few weeks passed and no estimate. I followed up and they said they would consult the manufacturer. More weeks. I call and politely leave my number and nature of request, but they don't call me back. For the past two weeks nobody answers I only get an answering machine. It is a burden for me to physically get into their ******************. I'm not trying for warranty. I gladly bought the spare machine and will gladly pay reasonable repairs to the original.Business response

I purchased compression stockings on 06/16/21 and 06/29/2021 and paid the amount that was requested at the time of pick up each time. At that time I had **************** and was told that the amount they requested was my part after insurance. When I received the *** the insurance had paid the entire amount so Boardman Medical had been overpaid. I paid $8.26 on 06/16/2021 and $24.77 on 06/29/2021. I have called for a refund on 3 occasions- 07/29/2021, 09/29/2021 & 10/14/2021. Each time when I call the main number I am directed to a voice mail to leave a message. I left a message all 3 times but only received a call back the last time. On 10/14/2021 **** called back and said the refund was coming from the cooperate office and I should give it in 1 week. I am still waiting. **** was not very pleasant and I think Im the one that should be unpleasant. Help!Note: The amount **** said I was getting back was slightly less than the $33.03 I thought but at that point I just was excited that I was getting the majority back and figured I miscalculated.This is not the first time this has happened to me with Boardman Medical, they have a very poor system if you overpay!Business response
