I had an account for over 12 years and they provided internet services that were unreliable at best. I cancelled my service when another internet provider became available. I returned their equipment and they gave me a statement stating I had a credit of $15.68. I never received my refund so I called to ask about it. The employee answered the phone and stated that yes I do have a credit but they do not issue refunds. She stated the credit will remain theirs unless I utilize their services again and then they will apply it to my monthly bill. I never signed anything stating that this was their policy and I would like my refund in it’s entirety
