            They overcharge the customer by including fictitious charges and over calculating hours. Then charge to fix the mistakes. If a meeting really only takes 15 minutes they charge for a hour and make up a story about printing and adjusting paper. Then add dates for charges that don’t exist according to emails. The company said check design means quality control by another engineer/architect, so I am confused how design checks happen before drafting or load calculations. There would be nothing to check. An employee says he can no longer assist and pawns the customer off to another architect. Then the new architect charges two hours to become familiar with the project/beam sizes and a couple emails, even though the new architect did not contribute to the beam drawings or design. The company needs to discuss and be upfront about charges instead of taking advantage of the customer. Rounding up on items that should take minutes instead of hours to make extra money.
